The dispute editing feature in TermsCon allows for a seamless and transparent resolution process when a client identifies an issue with a submitted document. If a client raises a concern or flags a section for correction, the document is marked as disputed and routed back to the issuer with a clear outline of the feedback. The issuer receives an email notification and can log into the secure Vault Portal to review the client's comments and inspect the disputed sections of the document.
Once inside the Vault Portal, the issuer has the flexibility to either update the existing document or create an entirely new version. This ensures that any necessary changes can be made efficiently while maintaining a complete audit trail. After making the required corrections, the issuer can resend the updated document to the client for review and final approval. This structured dispute editing workflow helps ensure clarity, accuracy, and accountability, enhancing trust between both parties and streamlining the document finalization process.
